All our items are checked thoroughly before dispatching so no problem should arise at first place.
Return policy is simple. Make sure that you claim the product within 48 hours. After that request will not be accepted.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• If you receive an electronic item in damaged/broken, expired condition or any product that does not match its description, you can return it within 48 hours for replacement/exchange.

• If you fail to contact us by phone number then must drop an email to us within the time limit.
• For complain, you have to mention your order ID and proper reason for returning the product.
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Products imported from china have a quality check warranty only. No claims will be accepted after that period.
• The electronic products that have a 6-month or 1-year brand warranty will be claimed by yourself at that brand’s service center
• Return of opened products only possible if a fault is found.
• For returning a product shipping charges are paid by the customer.
• You can ship it to us using any courier service.
Replacement Policy
• Your faulty product is replaced with a new one within 7 days.
• You can also get a voucher of that amount and buy any other product using that voucher.
